INFORMATION - INFORMATION DUTY RODO (The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR))

According to Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as RODO), ARW Focus sp. z o.o. (General Partnership) informs that:


1) The administrator of your personal data is ARW Focus sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław, Przy Tor 3 Street, 51-521 Wrocław, correspondence address, Klimasa 6 Street, 50-515 Wrocław (ADO - Personal data controller)


2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
          a) Conclusion or implementation of the concluded contract, pursuing possible claims or damages - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, c RODO,
          b) implementation of other legitimate interests of ADO - pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter f of RODO
          c) implementation of other purposes, with your consent, expressed irrespective of this agreement - pursuant to art. 6 section 1 letter a of the RODO


3) The recipients of your personal data will be:
          a) entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions
          b) entities processing data at the request of ADO, e.g. providing accounting, HR and payroll, legal and IT services to ADO


4) The period of processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
          a) duration of the contract,
          b) legal provisions that may oblige PDC to process data for a specified period of time,
          c) the period necessary to defend the ADO's interests.


5) You have the right to: request ADO to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit processing; to object to the processing; data portability; as well as the right to withdraw consent if data processing is based on your consent.


6) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.


7) Providing personal data to the extent necessary to conclude a contract is a statutory obligation and is a condition for the conclusion of the contract.


8) With regard to your personal data, ADO does not use systems for automated decision-making, including profiling.
