Technologie

  • UV

high-quality digital printing using UV inks. This technology allows obtaining high-quality images, characterised by very high resistance to abrasion, on a very wide range of materials which practically cannot be printed on with the use of other techniques without lowering the quality. The ink is fixed on the backing by using a UV light to form a glassy or mat finish that is resistant to any external factors. With this technology it is possible to print on both flat materials such as Plexiglas, glass, PVC, Dibond as well as roll materials up to 500 cm wide. The method of curing inks with UV light makes them resistant to weather conditions, without using any additional protective coating such as foiling or lamination. An additional advantage of this printing technology is the speed of paint drying. The printed surface, immediately after removing from the machine, may be subjected to further processing, such as milling. Another equally important factor in favour of this technology is its positive impact on the environment. UV inks do not emit harmful vapours, thus the products made by using this technique can successfully be used in the interiors of public utility buildings. And due to their durability, they are also perfectly suited for outdoor use.

  • LATEX

an absolute novelty in the field of large format printing designed by HP. Environment-friendly water-based (odour-free) inks. It is the only method of digital printing with a “Nordic Swan” certificate, which confirms that the product is environmentally friendly, so it is a completely safe solution for interior use. Latex ink prints may come into contact with food and can be used where scent is important – apartments, houses, shops, points of sale, shopping malls and even playgrounds, kindergartens, and hospitals.

  • ECO-SOLVENT

modified printing technology on inkjet plotters, in which the typical solvent inks are replaced by less harmful eco-solvent inks (lower concentration of organic compounds). These inks bind strongly with the printed substrate, deeply penetrating its structure. As a result, they have good resistance to weather conditions and are abrasion-resistant while maintaining high-quality of print. This technology eliminates some of the biggest disadvantages of solvent printing.

  • DDISPERSE DYE (direct print on textiles)

this technology uses environmentally friendly water-based inks with absolutely zero emissions of organic compounds. Prints on polyester materials are characterised by a wide range of colours and a high saturation. Textile products will be increasingly replacing traditional advertising media printed in other technologies. Textiles are lighter and can be folded or rolled up, thus lowering the transport and storage costs. They can be reused, washed and cleaned, which once again proves the cost-effectiveness of such a solution. Due to the use of odourless inks and ecological materials, textile products are environmentally friendly. Their another advantage is safety – these textiles have B1 and B2 certificates, therefore they do not pose a fire threat and can be used in public utility premises.

  • Additional servises

We offer a wide range of possibilities for the processing of rolled and flat materials. Until now, the finishes have included standard processing methods such as sharp cutting, overlapping and stitching, textile reinforcement, tunnels, eyelets, etc. Recently, our machine park has been extended by a Bullmer Cutter machine, creating a NEW machining department in the company. This department together with experienced staff allows for precise cutting and milling of any shapes in soft (roll) and hard (flat) materials.
New cutting services, ex.: cutting of rolled materials with a length of more than 10 rm; cutting out shapes from rolled materials, including magnetic foils; cutting out shapes from flat materials such as PVC lite (up to 2mm), PVC foam(up to 3mm) ; 45° angle cutting of composite materials such as KAPA, FOAM-X, FOREX or Dibond, cutting and/or cutting of plotter and digital printing films with widths greater than 160cm; possibility to cut many advertising materials such as PVC foam, PVC solid, Dibond, HIPS along straight lines.
