Terms and conditions of warranty for printed materials
Banner materials
The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer and it is:
- Laminated Frontlit STRONG reinforced 440, 510g – 3 months
- Coated Frontlit – 450, 510g – 12 months
- Coated Blockout 440, 610, 650g – 12 months
- Coated Backlight 500g – 12 months
- Mesh standard 280g – 12 months
- Mesh premium 370g – 12 months
The exception is a laminated frontlit 300, 450, 510 g, which is not subject to warranty.
The warranty covers:
- colour durability (UV resistance)
- material structure
- treatment applied by the manufacturer
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage
- damage related to improper assembly / disassembly
- damage caused by force majeure – fire, hurricane, flood
- damage caused by improper exploitation / maintenance
- damage caused by acts of vandalism
- changes caused by natural consumption of the product
Exploitation and Maintenance:
- Washing and ironing are not recommended.
- Any creases should be smoothed out with a heater/dryer according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Heavy dirt can be gently cleaned up with water and a little soap or liquid.
Not allowed:
- rub or scrape the printing surface to remove dirt
- use gasoline or solvent based chemicals
- chemically/ dry cleaning
Foil materials
The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery the goods to the Customer and it says:
- Monomeric foil – up to 2 Years (outdoor)
- Polimer foil – up to 2 Years (outdoor)
- Car cast foil – up to 2 Years
- OWV – up to 1 Year (outdoor)
- Easy Dot – up to 2 Years (indoor) and up to 1 Year (outdoor)
The guarantee is granted under the condition of using laminates dedicated to a given foil – foil and laminate from the same producer. Longer guarantees are possible under condition of using strict guidelines of the foil producer (information – supply department).
The warranty covers:
- colour durability (UV resistance)
- material structure
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage
- damage caused by improper exposure / operation / maintenance
- damage caused by improper application (weather conditions during application, substrate, etc.)
- damage caused by force majeure – fire, hurricane, flood
- damage caused by acts of vandalism
- changes caused by natural using of the product
Exploitation and Maintenance:
- Eventual dirt can be gently cleaned with water and a little soap or liquid.
Not allowed:
- rub or scrape the printing surface to remove dirt
- use gasoline or solvent based chemicals
- chemical cleaning, dry-clean
- wash and iron
Textiles
The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer and it is:
- Flag material 110g – up to 6 months (outdoor)
- Flag material 115g – up to 6 months (outdoor)
- Display 200g – up to 2 years (indoor)
- Display stretch 240g – up to 2 years (indoor)
- Other materials sublimation printed – up to 2 years (indoor)
The warranty covers:
- colour durability (UV resistance)
- sewing durability
- changes in the structure of the material during proper use (contraction, expansion) of the textile
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage
- damage caused by improper exploitation / maintenance
- damage caused by improper washing / cleaning
- damage related to improper assembly / disassembly
- damage caused by force majeure - fire, hurricane, flood
- damage caused by acts of vandalism
- changes caused by natural use of the product
Exploitation and Maintenance:
- Heavy dirt can be gently cleaned with water and a little soap or liquid.
- Recommended to wash at a temperature up to 60 C.
- Iron at temperatures below 170 C.
Not allowed:
- rub or scrape the print surface to remove dirt
- use chlorine-containing cleaning agents
- use chemicals based on gasoline or solvents
- chemical cleaning, dry-clean
Flags
The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery of goods to the customer and it is:
- for flags - 6 months
- for poles - 12 months
- for accessories - 12 months
The warranty covers:
- durability of colours (UV resistance)
- durability of sewing
- durability of fastening elements
- changes in the structure of the fabric structure (shrinkage, expansion) occurring during proper use
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage
- damage caused by improper exploitation
- damage related to non-compliance with the producer's instructions concerning the use and maintenance
- damage caused during incorrect assembly / disassembly
- damage caused by improper flag washing
- damage caused by force majeure - fire, hurricane, flood
- damage caused by vandalism
- changes rcaused by natural usage of a product
Use:
- The flag should fly freely.
- The flag should not come into contact with columns, preceding poles, trees, high voltage lines, house walls, etc.
- With winds and gusts of wind above 40 km/h, the flag must be removed from the pole.
- When the wind speed is 30 km / h, it is recommended to lower the flag to half of the pole.
- The flag should be washed as soon as it is dirty, so that the dirt is not absorbed into the flag fabric.
Maintenance:
- It is recommended to wash at least every 20 days.
- Wash at temperatures up to 60 C.
- Heavy dirt should be pre-cleaned with a small amount of soap or liquid.
- Iron at a temperature not exceeding 170 C (recommended range 150-170C)
Not allowed:
- rub or scrape the flag to remove dirt
- dry clean
- use chlorine-containing detergents
- use gasoline or solvent-based detergents for washing

- Moderate Breeze – 20-28km/h
- Fresh Breeze - 29-38km/h
- Strong Breeze – 39-49km/h
- Near Gale - 50-61km/h
- Gale – 62-74km/h
- Severe Gale - 75-88km/h
- Strong Storm - 89-102km/h
- Violent Storm - 103-117km/h
- Hurricane - 118-133km/h
